Rhonda brings over 20 years of retail real estate experience to the Sage Commercial Advisors team. Originally from Ohio, she worked at the corporate headquarters for Revco, a drugstore chain with over 2,000 locations in the Midwest and Southeast that was subsequently acquired by CVS. After relocating to Las Vegas, Rhonda first familiarized herself with the Las Vegas valley retail market while at CBRE, then further sharpened her skills at Voit Commercial before joining Sage Commercial Advisors.

Rhonda’s expertise and skill in retail real estate are evidenced by the numerous transactions she has successfully facilitated. Rhonda was responsible for the leasing of several major shopping centers, including The Arroyo Market, a 900,000 sf power center anchored by Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Silverado Ranch Plaza, a Target anchored center. Rhonda’s commitment to long lasting relationships results in providing clients with current information so they can make the best decisions for their business.
